Black Diamond Monthly Giveaway – 2026

SPONSOR:
The “Black Diamond Monthly Giveaway” (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Black Diamond, 2800 Meacham Blvd, Fort Worth, TX 76137, United States ("Sponsor").
ELIGIBILITY:
This Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States (excluding California, New York, and Florida) who are 18 years of age (or age of majority in their jurisdiction) or older at time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited. Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Due to CA Proposition 65, entries from the state of CA are not eligible.”
AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES:
By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to abide by the terms and conditions thereof as established by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to qualify all submissions and to reject any submissions that do not meet the requirements for participation as established by Sponsor. The selection the winners and the awarding of the prizes are final and binding in all respects.
SCHEDULE:
The Promotion begins June 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and ends December 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (“Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device. During the Entry Period, there will be 9 monthly entry periods that coincide with each calendar month during the Entry Period (each, a “Monthly Entry Period”).
HOW TO ENTER:
Entrants must visit black-diamond.hostedlandingpages.com/giveaway and follow submission guidelines completely. Incomplete entries are void. Limit one (1) entry per person (excess entries will be void). In case of dispute, entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
Entries made in any fashion other than as listed above are void. The Sponsor and Sponsor Parties are not responsible for lost entries, interrupted or unavailable network servers or other failed telephone or computer connections and/or transmissions, miscommunications, technical failures, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, misdirected or undelivered email, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic that may relate to the website. False or deceptive entries or acts will render the entrant ineligible. Entries become the official property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Neither Sponsor nor its agents accept correspondence or telephone inquiries regarding the status of entries or the administration of the Promotion.
WINNER SELECTION:
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or about the 5th day of each month from all eligible entries received during the applicable Monthly Entry Period and any prior Monthly Entry Periods. A different winner will be selected each month.
Once an entrant has been confirmed as a winner, that individual will be ineligible to win any subsequent monthly drawings during the Promotion.
Total winners: Seven (7).
Winners will be notified via email within five (5) business days of selection.
If a selected winner:
Cannot be contacted,
Fails to respond within seven (7) days,
Fails to complete required documentation,
Sponsor may select an alternate winner in a random drawing from the remaining eligible entries received during the applicable Monthly Entry Period.
PRIZES:
Each winner will receive:
One (1) $234 in Black Diamond gear.
Total number of prizes: 7
Approximate Retail Value (ARV) per prize: $234 USD
Total ARV of all prizes: $1,635 USD
Non-transferable
No cash substitution except at Sponsor’s discretion
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Standard terms and conditions apply. Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
TAXES:
Winners are responsible for all federal, state, provincial, and local taxes associated with prize receipt and use.
PUBLICITY RELEASE:
Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, likeness, city, and state/province for promotional purposes without further compensation.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
Sponsor reserves the right to:
Cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud or technical failure compromises integrity
Disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process
Verify eligibility at any time
Sponsor is not responsible for:
Lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries
Technical failures
Email delivery issues
RELEASE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
You are participating in the Promotion voluntarily. You assume all such risks and all related damages and losses, whether caused in whole or in part by any act or omission of Sponsor or its affiliates, or any of their officers, directors, employees, agents, partners and licensors (“Sponsor Parties”), even where such acts or omissions are negligent. You voluntarily release, waive, discharge and hold harmless the Sponsor Parties from any and all claims, demands or causes of action for property damage, bodily injury, wrongful death, loss of services or other claims arising from or relating to your participation in the Promotion and/or acceptance, possession and use of any prize.
PRIVACY:
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy located at: https://black-diamond.com/privacy-policy/.
DISPUTES:
EACH ENTRANT AGREES THAT: (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS PROMOTION, OR ANY PRIZES AWARDED, SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORTING TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION, PURSUANT TO ARBITRATION CONDUCTED UNDER THE COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION RULES OF THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION, TO TAKE PLACE IN DALLAS, TEXAS; (2) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, INCLUDING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, BUT IN NO EVENT ATTORNEYS' FEES; AND (3) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, AND ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN FOR ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES, AND ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED. ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES, OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ENTRANT AND SPONSOR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES, SHALL BE GOVERNED BY, AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF TEXAS, WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OR CONFLICT OF LAW, RULES OR PROVISIONS (WHETHER OF THE STATE OF TEXAS OR ANY OTHER JURISDICTION) THAT WOULD CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF THE LAWS OF ANY JURISDICTION OTHER THAN THE STATE OF TEXAS.
